Meet Tara - Owner

Hi Ya’ll! I’m Tara from Texas. Faith, family, friendship and fitness are the biggest parts of my life. My husband and I have been laughing together for 15 years. During this time, we have added two beautiful daughters to the mix that bring even more laughter and joy to our lives. I am the friend who will cheer you on while also letting you know you have food in your teeth. My Texas roots go deep and my style reflects that with my love of all things denim and brown leather.  Gratitude is my secret weapon. It is what charges me. I believe that if we focus on the positive, we find more and more of life's little treasures. I approach life’s challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.

I attended college right up the road at Texas State University, back when it was good ole’ Southwest Texas and obtained my BA in Marketing. After a career in event planning and corporate sales, I made the decision to follow my passions by becoming a fitness instructor and joining the beauty industry. I love helping women feel strong in mind and body. My philosophy is tone it and tan it! Creating fitness choreography brings me great joy, and I love making classes fun and rhythmic. Painting and cutting hair allow me to express my artistic side while pampering my clients. After 10 years as a hairstylist, I embarked on the adventure of opening a custom spray tan company, receiving my training from a celebrity tan artist. As a pale southern lady and former pageant queen, I care about preserving my skin and aging gracefully. I have always been diligent about sunscreen and careful to avoid sun damage (ahem, minus the 90’s tanning bed craze), but I still seek that gorgeous glow! I LOVE the instant results an airbrush tan offers! I strive to provide a luxury experience, whether it’s hair or tanning, with flawless results that will have you feeling glamorous and wanting more.
